Pulitzer Initiative - Elizabeth Fenn, Sioux Falls
Elizabeth Fenn discusses ‘Encounters at the Heart of the World: A History of the Mandan People,’ which won a 2015 Prize in History. Fenn, an educator and author, chairs the history department at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and studies the early American West, focusing on epidemic disease, Native Americans and environmental history.
The program will be followed by a question/answer session. Refreshments will be served.
