A professor of history at Presentation College in Aberdeen, South Dakota, Brad Tennant is an active researcher, writer and presenter on a variety of regional topics, like those in his current book, On This Day in South Dakota History. He is also a long-time SDHC Speakers Bureau presenter and book discussion leader. As a gubernatorial appointee, Tennant is serving his fourth term on the Board of Trustees of the South Dakota State Historical Society.
