Jay Ruud
Jay Ruud is a retired English professor whose six-volume Merlin Mysteries series, which retells the King Arthur legend, culminated this summer with To the Great Deep. Ruud has a Ph.D. in Medieval Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has written scholarly books on Chaucer, Dante, and Tolkien.
