A native of Australia, Gregory Bryan teaches at the University of Manitoba, specializing in children’s literature. He has published six books, most recently Paul Goble, Storyteller, which won the Midwest Independent Publishing Association’s 2018 Book Award for best biography. Bryan, who travels widely for professional and personal reasons, identifies South Dakota as one of his favorite destinations because of its exciting history, unique and varied geography, and friendly, helpful people.
