Donna Erickson

Donna Erickson, a native Montanan, is the author of Rooted at the Edge: Ranching Where the Old West and New West Collide. A former professor of Landscape Architecture and Planning at the University of Michigan, she now consults with land conservation groups across the west from Missoula. Erickson has published extensively in design and planning, including a previous book, MetroGreen: Connecting Open Space in North American Cities.
