Carrie Ingalls – An Ingalls in the Black Hills
This will be an examination into Carrie’s life after high school until her death in 1946. Three main stages in her life will be examined: working woman, caregiver and stepmother.
Aprons – Can They Talk?
Using material culture – the apron – we will learn about the owner. We will also explore the various ways to date an apron. Various aprons will be presented to give an insight on what the apron was used for. There will be a group discussion of apron memories.
