Ann Tweedy

Ann Tweedy is a poet whose first full-length book, The Body’s Alphabet, earned a Bisexual Book Award and was a finalist for a Lambda Literary Award. She also has published three chapbooks: Beleaguered Oases, White Out and A Registry of Survival. Her poems have appeared in multiple publications and been nominated for three Pushcart Prizes and four Best of the Net Awards. By day, Tweedy teaches at the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, focusing on service to Native tribes.
