Mona Susan Power

Mona Susan Power is the author of numerous short stories and four books of fiction: The Grass Dancer (awarded the PEN/Hemingway prize), RoofwalkerSacred Wilderness and A Council of Dolls (longlisted for the National Book Award and the Carol Shields Prize and winner of the Minnesota Book Award). An enrolled member of the Standing Rock Sioux tribe (Yanktonai Dakota), Power was born and raised in Chicago and now lives in Minnesota.
