Michael Meyer
Michael Meyer is the author of four critically acclaimed books, including Benjamin Franklin’s Last Bet. A Fulbright scholar, Guggenheim fellow, and Whiting Award winner, he has received fellowships from the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Cullman Center, MacDowell, and the University of Oxford’s Centre for Life-Writing. Meyer is a professor of English at the University of Pittsburgh, where he teaches nonfiction writing. He lives in Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
