Felicia Hoshino
Felicia Hoshino was born in San Francisco, where she still lives with her family. Her prize-winning illustrations can be seen in children’s books such as A Place for Harvest: The Story of Kenny Higashi, written by Lauren R. Harris, and Juna and Appa, written by Jane Park. Hoshino’s other titles include the Jane Addams Peace Award-winning A Place Where Sunflowers Grow and several books about the Japanese American experience during World War II.
