Laura Dean
Laura Beth Dean is the author of Sweet Potato Moon and Georgia Jipp: Blizzard Pilot. Born into a dairy farming family in Cooperstown, New York, and growing up in five countries on four continents as the daughter of missionaries, she relished her South Dakota relatives’ blizzard and sheep ranching stories. Dean now lives with her husband and three children in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia, where she appreciates quiet and blizzard-free adventures as a home health nurse.
