David Beito
David T. Beito is an emeritus professor of history at the University of Alabama and a Senior Research Fellow at the Independent Institute. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin. His academic research in American history has covered civil rights, tax revolts, civil liberties, the non-governmental provision of infrastructure and mutual aid. Beito’s most recent books are The New Deal’s War On the Bill of Rights and Rose Lane Says.
